The Cottages

Packhorse Cottage is a nod back to the past, with the walls having been decorated by the shepherds with mustering times and notes to each other, some dating back to 1941.

I’m almost afraid to write this review for fear that publicity may spoil the best kept secret in New Zealand. This place was by far, hands down, my favorite place that we stayed at on our trip.
